These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Orixa website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Orixa ("Orixa", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Not financial, investment, or trading advice. Orixa is an informational risk-analysis tool for smart contracts and crypto tokens. Our scores, signals, and reports are automated estimates and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Nothing on the Service is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Crypto assets are highly risky and you may lose all funds. You are solely responsible for your decisions. Always do your own research and consult a qualified professional.

1. The Service

Orixa analyzes smart contracts and tokens across supported blockchains and provides risk indicators, on-chain signals, and related analytics. The Service aggregates data from third-party sources and on-chain data, which we do not control and cannot guarantee. Features may change, be added, or be removed at any time.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
You may not use the Service where prohibited by applicable law or sanctions.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed through our payment processor, NOWPayments, in supported stablecoins (e.g. USDT/USDC). NOWPayments processes the transaction only and is not a party to your subscription. By subscribing, you authorize charges for the plan you select until you cancel.

Prices and plan features are shown at checkout and may change with notice for future billing periods.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service or its data except as expressly permitted;
Abuse, overload, or attempt to bypass rate limits, security, or access controls;
Use the Service for unlawful activity, fraud, or to harm others;
Misrepresent Orixa's outputs as guarantees or as professional advice.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, text, and the Orixa name and logo, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of content you submit; you grant us a license to process it to operate the Service.

6. Third-Party Data & Services

The Service relies on third-party data providers and infrastructure. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or content of third-party sources, and their use may be subject to their own terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any analysis is correct or complete.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orixa and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, funds, or data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service or any reliance on its outputs. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be subject to the courts of Saudi Arabia, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
